That the mucous folds of the colon and intestines are activated by this method is an undisputed fact, just as the theory that the mucous fold produces new fresh blood. If the colon is cleansed then the nutrients of the food taken several times a day will be absorbed and by the action of themucous folds they are turned into fresh blood. The blood is all-important in curing ailments and restoring health and for this water should be consumed in a regular pattern.

PRAYER

These few lines were originated by Guru Ravinder Nath Tagore, They are of great inspirational value. They give me enough courage to keep fighting against all odds.
PRAYER

Let me not pray to be sheltered from dangers,
But to be fearless in facing them

Let me not beg for the stilling of my pain,
But for the heart to conquer it

Let me not look for the allies in life’s battle field,
But to be my own strength

Let me not wait in anxious fear to be saved,
But hope for the patience to win my freedom

Grant me that I may not be coward,
Feeling your mercy in my success alone

But let me find the grasp of your hand
In my failure

TIPS FOR GREAT SLEEP

Gen

1. The best way to recharge is through rest. The quality and quantity of your sleep can make all the difference in how productive you'll be the next day. Way to fight the problem of insomnia "Go to bed at night, and if you cannot fall asleep, forget all about it. You just say to yourself over and over again, I do not give a damn if I do not go to sleep. It is all right with me if I lie awake till morning. Close your eyes and say, "As long as I just lie still and do not worry about it, I will be getting rest anyway".

Tips
2. Give Yourself 'Permission' to go to Bed. Plan and follow a disciplined sleep schedule. That is 'sleep at a set time'.

Well-lit office spaces and dimly lit bedrooms also help reinforce the cues that reach the pineal glands.

LOYALTY

" LOYALTY "

IF YOU WORK FOR A MAN,
IN HEAVEN’S NAME WORK FOR HIM,
SPEAK WELL OF HIM AND STAND BY THE INSTITUTION HE REPRESENTS.
REMEMBER AN OUNCE OF LOYALTY IS WORTH MORE THAN A POUND OF CLEVERNESS.
IF YOU MUST GROWL, CONDEMN AND ETERNALLY FIND FAULT THEN RESIGN YOUR POSITION,
AND WHEN YOU ARE ON THE OUTSIDE DAMN TO YOUR HEARTS CONTENT.
BUT AS LONG AS YOU ARE PART OF THE INSTITUTION,
DON’T CONDEMN IT FOR IF YOU DO,
THE FIRST HIGH WIND THAT COMES ALONG MAY BLOW YOU AWAY
AND YOU WILL PROBABLY NEVER KNOW THE REASON WHY.
